There will be a luxury hotel St. Regis, of the Meriot chain in the already recognizable building of 40 floors that will dominate not only Belgrade's Waterfront but also the panorama of the whole capital.

It will be the highest hotel with the residential area in Serbia and the landmark of Belgrade Waterfront. It will look at the river Sava from the height of 160 meters.
