Balkan people roasted 12 lambs in the middle of Berlin for Djurdjevdan, half of the city could smell it
They were all connected to the car batteries
On Sunday, May 6, Berlin police officers were called upon for an incredible intervention - about 150 people were in the park, and 12 lambs were spinning next to them.
As the police announced on Monday on their Facebook page, the message was: "Please go to Volkspark Friedrichshain. A few people started pulling out the entire lambs out of their cars - without skin."
They went out on the field and found 12 skewers on the spot, and about 150 people around it while the children were running around the park. The skewers were plugged into the car batteries.
They took the personal information from the responsible people while the firefighters were putting out the fire. According to the local media, most of the people are coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia so it is believed that they celebrated Djurdjevdan (Saint George's Day).
They said that they organize these barbecues for 10 years. Those who are responsible can expect to be fined up to 5.000 euros.
