Nestle announced the signing of an agreement on the sale of the local confectionary brand "cipiripi" to Paracinka a.d, a member of the distribution group Silbo, as part of a continuous portfolio audit.
The transaction, which includes "cipiripi" chocolate boards and creams, is expected to be completed at the end of the second quarter of 2018, after completing the usual approvals and final terms.
The transaction will not affect jobs in Nestlé Adriatic, which has so far produced chocolate bars and creams.
