In the village Prekovce, the municipality of Novo Brdo, a pig farm was officially opened for the needs of the National Kitchen of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren "Mother of Nine Jugovic". The conditions were met and the National kitchens will no longer depend on from external donations that much.

- Today is a great day for us because the farm is finally opened after eight months and it has a capacity of 300 pigs. This farm will enable National kitchens to depend less on external donations for meat because they will be able to supply themselves. Also, five workers will work on the farm and they will be able to live from their work - the president of the association "Solidarity for Kosovo" Arnaud Gouillon said.
The humanitarian organization "Solidarity for Kosovo", in cooperation Raska Prizren Diocese, financed several self-sustaining projects since 2012 in the area of livestock and agriculture: four farms, one dairy factory, one plant for pasteurization of fruits and vegetables, as well as dozens of greenhouses throughout Kosovo and Metohija.
