Strong bad weather caused problems in Ulcinj, especially on Ada Bojana, where the river level increased significantly. The houses and restaurants by the riverside were flooded, and the water took over the Great Beach. However, the locals are used to this kind of sight, and they weren't too disturbed.
They just don't care. This is the best way to describe this sight in Ulcinj.

However, these locals are used to this kind of situations. We believe that this relaxation with the wine was good for them after the entire afternoon of fixing the damage caused to the flooded houses.
Certain villages are cut off from the rest of the world near Ulcinj, and that only shows how serious the situation is. They can be accessed only by boats and by water.
Villages around Ulcinj, Lisna and Bora, have been cut off from the world for days. The roads and auxiliary facilities were flooded and the houses are surrounded by water.
Jugo wind and large tidal wave have flooded Great Ulcinj beach and the river Bojana couldn't flow as it normally does, that is why the water level rose.

THE SITUATION IN OTHER CITIES OF MONTENEGRO
The south wind weakened and the situation is under control.
The competent services and the locals of Budva "defended" the Old Town with 500 bags of sand from a strong tidal wave which was a danger to that city.
The sea has withdrawn and they said from the rescue services that they "don't expect problems", announced to the media, with the mark that "situation is under control".
The water level in Lake Skadar has risen, and the residents of several villages are fearing of floods. The water level on the river Crnojevici is 143 cm.
Cetinje is under control, according to the reports of the rescue services, while the strong wind has ripped trees and traffic signs in Niksic.
Responsible services are on standby, and meteorologists have reported rainfall up to 300 liters per square meter during the weekend and moderate to a gentle south wind.
