It is grim and silent today in Pancevo. There are still no answers to the questions from Thursday evening

I.A. (16) has been stabbed in Pancevo on Thursday in a fight that broke out around 20:00h. The boy died on the spot, and the police arrested M.S. (17) for suspicion that he committed this criminal act. As Telegraf finds out, their friends watched everything. The fight was scheduled at Mechanical school, and the murder occurred in another place.

Our portal has reached to the information that the murdered boy received a wound from a sharp object between left armpit and chest. Although an ambulance arrived at the scene, they couldn't help him, because he bled to death.

The day earlier, on December 8th, after the more thorough investigation, the information is even more shocking. It seemed that everything was alright with the boy because there were no large signs of blood. However, he couldn't be saved anymore.

The fight was allegedly scheduled at the mechanical school in Pancevo. However, the incident occurred in the suburb Nova Misa. Again, the information we received points out that the location of the conflict was changed because one of the accomplices didn't show up. With few phone calls, the "clash" was moved to other location, where only two people participated. The others watched their conflict.

"Friends", if they can be called like that and who came with them, didn't participate in the fight.

Few dozen minutes later, the unfortunate boy was lying down on a track, in a part with bad light, surrounded by police from all sides.

- Unfortunately, we received contradictory information that he was drunk, that there was a stab wound and so on, but we reacted quickly. The crew was at the scene within minutes and unfortunately, they could only see a person lying without conscience, and without any signs of life. So we couldn't help him - said Dr. Miroslav Tepsic, head of the Emergency Medical Service of the Health Center Pancevo.

There are disbelief and silence in school. The students who knew him are in shock.

- I was teaching him two subjects, this and last year as well, he never caused any problems and he didn't make any incidents. He wasn't escaping school, he was a regular student, decent, well mannered - all the best about him - said Svetlana Spasovski, assistant of a principal of the school in Pancevo for "013info".

According to the unofficial information, they arrested 17-year-old is known to the police from before. He was evicted from Electrical Engineering School "Nikola Tesla" in Pancevo.

- High Public Prosecutor's Office in Pancevo filed a request to the Judge of High court in Pancevo to start the preparatory proceeding against the minor N.S. (2000) from Pancevo, for suspicion that he committed the crime of murder. The request charges the minor that he killed a minor I.A. (16) in a fight last night around 20:00h in suburb Nova Misa in Pancevo.

- The request to the judge suggests detention for the minor so the procedure isn't disturbed because the witnesses have to be questioned- said the spokesman of the Higher Public Prosecution in Pancevo, Slavica Crveni Bubnjevic.

The day later, police found and arrested the 17-year old from Pancevo on suspicion that he has committed the crime of murder.

The suspects were brought to the judge of the Higher Court for minors in Pancevo.

There is nothing for the people in Pancevo to do today but to talk about what has happened. The city was shaken by the information because peer violence took a young life.

Portal Telegraf.rs is fighting against peer violence, which is becoming an increasing problem in Serbia. There is no excuse, only prevention where we all have to participate if we don't want to continue counting victims.
