Public Utility Company "Parking Service" filed a report to the Social Welfare center for neglection of the baby against the mother
The mother Jelena M. left six months old baby alone and without supervision in the car around 19:00h. A tow car took the car for a parking violation, and no one noticed that the child was inside.

The drama started when Jelena M. parked her car in the street of Visoki Stevan in Belgrade at 18:56. She tried to justify herself that she was just stopping to see her husband, and she left the baby in the car so she doesn't freeze up.
"Parking Service" took the car in that moment, and the workers didn't notice the baby because it was dark inside.
Public Utility Company "Parking Service" filed a report to the Social Welfare center for neglection of the baby against the mother.
The workers of "Parking Service" noticed the car which was illegally parked.
It has been 15 minutes since the vehicle was spotted and until the procedure of towing the car started, and the baby was left in the vehicle without a parent supervision.
- It was dark, and there was no sound coming from the vehicle, no noise, no cries, which would point out that there was a baby in the car. The driver after mounting the car received a call to tow it, and he headed to the lot of "Parking Service" to leave the car. In the moment when the tow truck entered the Dunavska street where a lot is located, the worker was informed by the dispatch that there is a baby in the car - said in the statement of Utility company "Parking Service".
The dispatch received this information from the employees in the User center, who received a call from a mother, who left the car with the baby inside.
The father caught up with the tow truck around 30 meters from the "Parking Service" lot in Dunavska street, shouting that there is a baby in the car.
The workers, together with the father, determined that the baby is alright and they estimated that it is not safe to lower the vehicle on the street. The baby was sleeping when they opened the car.
- The question arises how much time the baby was alone, without parental supervision in the vehicle. The public utility company "Parking Service" filled a complaint with the City Social Welfare center for the neglect of the child against the mother - according to the statement.
