Namely, during the celebration of the Day of Bosniaks in the Kosovo government, he urged Kosovo Bosniaks to send a message to the official Sarajevo "to take the steps necessary to recognize Kosovo's independence", RTK 2 reported.

Haradinaj also said that Kosovo Bosniaks have good historical relations with Albanians, but also with other communities in Kosovo.
The Bosniaks in the Kosovo government have one ministerial seat, and in the Assembly, they are represented by three MPs.
