The Sibenik-Knin police arrested a 51-year-old woman for suspicion that she deliberately caused seven fires in the Dubrava area near Sibenik.

The investigation confirmed that the suspected pyromaniac caused fired from 18th to 23rd July in places Relje and Junakovici on private properties of the locals, but the fire didn't spread significantly due to the self-organization and quick intervention of the owners of these surfaces.
The woman set fire to a barn, and the fire was first noticed and extinguished by police officers who were patrolling the area.
After the conducted investigation, the suspect was handed to the detention supervisor of Sibenik-Knin County with criminal charges that she caused life dangerous situation and danger to the property.
