Milos Senic (25) from Grabovica at Obrenovac traveled to Serbia on 1 July from the temporary work in South Africa, and third day after his arrival, he traveled with his friends to Zakynthos, not even thinking that he will end up behind bars.
Senic is suspected to have beaten to death the American Bakari Henderson (22) with another seven young men, and the prosecutor charges them with serious crime of group murder with premeditation, and the punishment in Greece for that could be sentence for lifetime in prison.

- Milos wanted to protect his sister Jovana Markovic from Skela, who was with him in a bar where she accidentally came in contact with the American who wanted to take a picture with her. Hey boyfriend, who was sitting next to the table where Milos was sitting, stood up to protect her, but the American broke a bottle against his head. Milos pushed Jovana to protect her. When Bakari started moving towards him, he told him to move away in English and he pushed him. He didn't go to the street nor has he beaten the unfortunate young man - said Ruza, Milos' grandma.
Milos' grandma adds that he went out of the bar on Friday morning and went to the apartment to sleep, not knowing that Bakari was beaten to death. He was arrested the following day, when the police looked at the footage from the camera and determined that he was in the bar that night.
Grandma added that Milos was picked up on the beach and said that "camera has shown that you had contact with the murdered boy" and hey took him in.
Jovana and her boyfriend were visiting him on Sunday. Police let them in for 10 minutes to see him and to give him some clean clothes.
