The first candidate for Djokovic coach is one of the loathed players with the Serbian fans
The best Serbian tennis player could cooperate with Czech player in the team
Quite unexpected information arrives when it comes to forming a team of Novak Djokovic.
The "Politics" claims that the main candidate for the new coach is the Czech tennis player Radek Stepanek.
Apparently, that's the rumor in the tennis corridors, and it is highlighted that the 38 year old Czech won't have problems of vanity to take instructions from Andre Agassi if he has to.
Stepanek's best rating was eight, and it is currently 128. Since he didn't play a single match from the Australian Open because of the injury, and he is close to retirement.
Novak and Rader have great relations, they generally hang out on the tournaments and they trained together. On the other side, we remember Stepanek by "middle finger" he showed to Janko Tipsarevic during the match of Davis Cup between Serbia and Czech Republic in 2012.
Understandable, since that he became one of the loathed players at ATP tours with tennis lovers in Serbia.
- After the match in Dusseldorf, Stepanek came up to me, extender his hand and said he was sorry for what he has done. I accepted apology because i believe everybody deserves a second chance - said Janko Tipsarevic few weeks after the incident.
That's not all, many remember his second unsportsmanlike move, on the match with Novak. It was on Australian Open 2013, Djokovic was on the net, volley hit, and when Czech saw that the point was lost, he turned his backside to Serbian tennis player.
Of course, nothing is certain, even if Djokovic is negotiating with Stepaniek, Czech is not the only one on the list, so its best to wait some time to see who will join Agassi in the coaching staff of the Serbian Giant, claims "Politika".
