All four tires ripped: Ambassador Potezica died while they tried to kidnap him?

Either the kidnappers cut off the road to the Ambassador and then there was a crash, or the tragedy occurred when the ambassador was trying to get away from them

Serbian Ambassador to Libya Oliver Potezica, who succumbed to his injuries yesterday he suffered on May 2 in a traffic accident in Sousse, Tunis, he flew off the around two hours after midnight while the members of ISIS tried to kidnap him, writes Blic.

Serbian ambassador Oliver Potezica passed away!

The newspaper state that Abdullah Dabas is behind the kidnap, for who Libyans say he is dead, but that was never confirmed, and he is behind the kidnapping of two Serbian citizens 2015. He is a commander of Isis on the area of Sabrata, city around 60 km away from Tripoli...

According to the Blic, tragedy occurred around 2 AM, on the territory controlled by extremists when he was returning to Libya, to the embassy.

The unnamed diplomat said that he was intercepted in the same way  two Serbian workers of the embassy were kidnapped and killed in 2015 - Sladjana Stankovic and driver Jovica Stepic.

- There are two possibilities how the tragedy occurred. Either the kidnappers cut off the road to the Ambassador and then there was a crash, or the tragedy occurred when the ambassador was trying to get away from them. It all happened around 2 AM. It is presumed that when the kidnappers saw him after the accident, gave up from the kidnapping. It is almost the identical style of kidnapping - planned car crash, just like the case with other Serbian citizens - reveals Blic.

Dabas is also known as Abdullah Haftar, and western department issued an arrest warrant, but it is suspected that his death was staged in the media in order to operate.

On the other hand, Novosti write that the first results of the investigation show that Potezic car had all four tires torn. Forensics are determining if there was shooting during the crash or the tires were the cause. The forensic investigation of the brakes is ongoing.

This newspaper claim, however that Ambassador Potezica had the accident on the way from Tripoli to Tunis capital, on the road Sfaks-Sus in the country Mahdija. He should have gone to the island Dierba.

- With fractures on his entire body, serious injuries of the head he was transferred to hospital. Doctors planned to transfer gun ti the capital of Tunis, but they did not want to risk moving him. They did everything to save him, they even kept him in artificial coma, but his heart did not survive after such an injury.

Tunis media report that Potezica lost control over the steering and then hit the road block and rolled over.
