Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia arrested Vladimir M. Roganovic (31) from Montenegro today, brother of Dusko N. Roganovic (32), from his uncle's side, who was recently seriously injured when a bomb was planted under his car. His brother was arrested under suspicion of forging documents, but these brothers have much darker history behind them.

Roganovic brothers got into public focus in 2009 because of the murder of the leader of "Delije" (Red Star supporters) fans, Marko P. Vesnic.

According to the indictment, the Roganovic brothers and Drazen Cadjenovic killed Vesnic and wounded Ivan Markovic near Youth Park in Igalo on 24 July 2009. While Vesnic was sitting on the bench, Vladimir Roganovic and Cadjenovic and caught him by the hands, and one of them inflicted multiple hits with a knife into Vesnic left forearm and thigh, while Dusko Roganovic fired two shots from a gun. They were on the run after the murder for a few days, until they surrendered. 

Trial verdict of the High Court was proclaimed by the Judge Ratko Cupic, who said in the statement that it has been proved that Dusko Roganjovic, fired multiple shots to Vesnic, which missed him, and when he came closer while he was sitting on a bench, he fired two more shots which ricocheted and inflicted deadly injuries to Vesnic. This is why Dusko Vesnic was sentenced to 12 years in prison, and his sentence was reduced to 8 years with the decision of the Court of Appeal. 

The case around three months before testifies how powerful Roganovic brothers are and their alleged connection with safety services, when Montenegro papers "Dan" published a photo with Roganovic, on celebration at Head of Department of public order Dusko Koprivica, with few more people from suspicious world and collaborators of Head of Department.

Dusko and Vlado Roganovic are brothers from his uncle's side, and they are known to the police from before. Dusko Roganovic is also suspected of attempting to kill Vladimir Dzelatovic from Herceg Novi on 29 October 2006.

Vladimir himself was arrested for forgery of the documents together with his friends Igor Bosnjak and Luka Medic. However, Serbian police has been working for a long time on reducing the crime organizations and wars between Montenegro clans which moved to Belgrade. In the same way before the arrest of Vladimir and his friends, Belgrade police arrested Nemanja Zurovac (20) from Herceg Novi on 24 April, after weapons and ammunition was discovered in his possession, and he was in a car with Strahinja Knezevic (29) from Belgrade.

The top of the Montenegro police said for "Vijesti" that Zurovac is a close associate of Vladimir Roganovic, who is a member of one of the two clans in war with each other. According to the unofficial information, Roganovic brothers were close with Kavacki clan, whose leader Slobocan Kascelan was recently charged by the Montenegro Special Prosecutors office for organizing criminal group and performing numerous criminal acts - from usury to drug trafficking. Kascelan survived an assassination in Novi Sad in June 2016.

While Vladimir was released of all charged for the attempt of murder of Vesnic, he is now arrested by Serbian police. Dusko spent time in prison because of his criminal acts and then he lost both of his legs. He was seriously injured after the bomb went off which was planted under his car at the end of April.

According to information so far, it is suspected that the plastic explosive was placed in the middle of the car, near drivers seat, and everything points that the executor waited, or watched from close by. There is no doubt for the investigation that the serious criminal group stands between this bloody act, and that Roganovic was followed for longer period of time.

Mother of Dusko Roganovic was one of the most beautiful woman from Serbia at the time, and later she got married and moved to Montenegro, where she gave birth to Dusko, and she has another son, while Vladimir Roganovic has a sister.

KAVACKI CLAN 

Kavacki clan and Skaljarski clan are the two most strongest opposing criminal clans in Kotor, and eight people were killed in 2016 in their conflicts alone, while four were seriously wounded.

Vladimir, is supposedly one of the leaders of the Kavacki clan, and Serbian police is working hard to break it, the clan.

Two clans who got the names after the suburbs in Montenegro, have spread their criminal activities all over the world and they got the status of Montenegro Corleone, state the media.
