The Kosovo government has made the decision that all immovable property registered in the name of Yugoslavia, Serbia and Kosovo Autonomous Province is now registered on behalf of Kosovo. The Government in Pristina means all immovable property which was registered in the name of Yugoslavia, and then the Republic of Serbia as the successor, portal Telegraf.rs learns in the Office for Kosovo and Metohija. Land, millions of square meters and property of the largest Serbian public companies are only part of the wealth that the Government of Kosovo wants to appropriate for themselves.

This is a list of almost immeasurable wealth which authorities in Pristina are trying to illegally steal from the state of Serbia:

- The land owned by the Republic of Serbia in the amount of 29% of the total land in Kosovo (according to the Republic Geodetic Committee);

- Facilities, 1,240,992 square meters of official buildings, 145,202 square meters of office buildings, 24,688 square meters of residential buildings, 3,973 square meters of special purpose facilities, 753,916 square meters of other buildings, restaurants, resorts, sports facilities;

- The state share in businesses such as RMHK Trepca ad, Ski Center Brezovica Ltd., Lola Lesak, Kosmet transport;

- State-owned enterprises and their entire infrastructure, such as Serbian Railways, Electric Power Industry (Public Company Opencast mining, Public Company Thermal Power Plant Obilic, Public Company Power Network of Serbia, Public Company Elektrokosmet, Public Company Zubin Potok), Public Company PTT Serbia, Public Company Serbia Forest, NIS Petrol - Jugopetrol, Public Company Pristina Airport, Public Company National park Sara;

Through the Federation Fund for lending the underdeveloped regions and autonomous provinces, as well as former institutional investment in the period from 1966 to 1990 on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija around 4.37 billion dollars is focused with the participation of Serbia in the formation of all funds, about 35.4% or about $ 1.6 billion.

Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia has ownership of 155 enterprises in Kosovo as a result of its activities from 1990 to 1999.

Companies from Serbia, except regulated loan for the rebirth of Serbia, allocate funds through direct association to the construction and expansion of the material base of Kosovo and Metohija, where the most important agents were Zastava Kragujevac (auto-parts factory in Pec and Istok and shock absorbers in Pristina), Lola corporation (plants in Lesko, Zubin Potok and Strpce), Termovent (plants in Lipljan and Orahovac).

The decision made by the Government of Kosovo was signed by the Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa.

Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija in the Government of Serbia Marko Djuric announced earlier that he would propose that the Government of Serbia annuls the decision of the Government in Pristina.
