The survey says that new generations are soft, without working habits or discipline
One of the main political topics of last week was re installation of military service, after that the survey was done.
Results have shown that most Croats want the return of military service!
This idea was not supported by 44 percent of the people, writes RTL.
The safety on Balkans and in world are not the reason they want to go to military service, but, as they said, it is a great opportunity to learn discipline, skill they do not have, but in general, the preparation for life.
Ten percent of the people thing that military builds strong spirit in young people. In other words, survey says that new generations are soft, without working habits or discipline.
The percentage that is against it is not small (44 percent of them) and what are their reasons?
Most of them think that it is a too expensive project, but considering other problems - that is not priority.
25% think that it is a waste of time that can me used for education or getting a job. Others think that professional army is a better solution for the future, and that Croatia is a member of NATO and they are responsible of protecting them.
The part of people don't see the war danger, nor the need for changes, and part of them think that nothing will be changed in such a short period of time. Four percent think that going to military service is militarization of the society.
