Milos has won first place with a cocktail Ura-nage, which is appointed by the name of the most complicated move in the Japanese martial art of judo

Milos Janosevic, 24 year-old bartender from Belgrade, became a world champion yesterday in Tokyo, Japan, at the World competition of bartenders in the category Bartenders Choice. As a recipient of this award Milos enrolled in the history of Serbian bartending, and this award represents the biggest success of the Association of Bartenders of Serbia (www.bar.rs) since they started competing in the world championships.

Specialized magazine for hospitality Cafebar network reports from Tokyo from the World championship of barmens and they had the opportunity to get the statement from the new World Champion.

- I feel awesome and I'm very proud to be at the World competition and to present Serbia on the right way and show the rest of the world that there are some very good quality bartenders in our country - said Milos Janosevic.

Milos during the presentation of his cocktails proved to be extremely confident and charmed the jury and all those present in the hall with more than 500 observers. About how he really felt on the stage, Milos said:

- Although I have received a lot of praise for the presentation, I must admit I was very nervous at the beginning. However, as time went on I focused on the cocktail and tried to make everything go all right, and that happened! - Proudly pointed out Milos Janosevic.

His aim, as he said in a short presentation before the presentation of his cocktail, was to show superior skills at the prestigious world competition. As the task categories ordered to prepare cocktails, competitors have used two sponsoring drinks and a homemade ingredient. Homemade ingredient rich flavor cocktail was raspberry liqueur that Milos made himself. Presentation and tasting of Ura-nage cocktails will be the central bar Bar, Kralja Petra 59 in Belgrade, where is the home of the Association of Bartenders of Serbia.

Milos started doing this job when he enlisted into a training for bartender organized by the Serbian Association of Bartenders. As the best in his class he got a job right after he finished training, in the center of Serbian Association of Bartenders, Bar cafe central. His dedication and talent has been recognized by experienced bartenders, under whose mentorship he continued to improve.

- Association of Bartenders Serbia celebrates 20 years of work next year and 15 years of full membership in the International Bartenders Association. Milos victory at the World competition is the best event for our anniversary and proof that all the work of the Association of Serbian bartenders give results and help young bartenders to make progress in their work and make a global career - said in Tokyo for Cafebar network, president of the Association of Bartenders Serbia Djordje Matic.

At the World Cocktail Championships (WCC) in Tokyo, organized by the IBA (International Bartenders Association) very notable performance had our representative Goran Rajovic in the competition Flairtending , the winner was a young Pole Marek Posluzni. For the best cocktail of WCC in 2016 was declared the cocktail The Beste Scene prepared by Japan's Kenji Tsubokura.
