The Interior Ministry unofficially confirmed to Tanjug earlier that Nehat Taci, the Kosovo Police director for the Kosovska Mitrovica region, had been arrested in the morning.
Pristina media reported Taci had been arrested on his way to Nis, where he had been scheduled to attend a court hearing.
