At the parade, held last weekend in Belgrade, people could see dark cadets who participated in the exercise form. These are in fact members of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Angola who are educated and trained in the Military Academy in Belgrade.
Currently there are, according to Lieutenant Commander Aleksandar Antic, 13 cadets in training at the academy, and they will remain another year until they complete their training.
Otherwise, the first officer's rank will be promoted this year, 158 male and female cadets of the Military Academy and 26 second-class Military Medical Faculty ,and among them one cadet from Angola will be promoted to the rank of second lieutenant.
Members of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Angola first attended the course in Serbian language, and then continued their education in the programs of study and training at the Military Academy.
The best soldiers in rank were presented with sabers on the recent ceremony, while the most successful cadets of the Army and the Air Force and Air defense were presented with guns with dedication. The best cadets of the Military Medical Faculty have been awarded with parade daggers.
Besides ceremonial parade, visitors have enjoyed the flights of the air force of Serbian army.
