- The believers that come to the church of our monastery and the tourists could see a gruesome picture on Monday. The streams of paint were draining of the painted walls, as well on the stairs and stone pavement. We reported the case to the police and we believe that the investigation will put some light on this act of vandalism - said the priests of the Rezevica monastery.
According to the story of the locals, "the attack" with red paint was committed by a person which disagrees with the works on the monastery and around it, and with its real history. Hence, she allegedly, took "justice" into her own hand and created the incident with the bucket of paint.
