New rule book that was adopted by the city council will follow the forming of the commission that will handle these issues.

In 2015 alone, 4.3 million dinars were payed off in compensation for stray dog bites and other animal attacks, write okradio.rs.

This problem took a some laughable scales considering that the citizens asked for compensations in earlier years (by direct agreement or by court) because of stray dog bites, but also from jackdaw bit in the city park, rat bites, as well from the injuries inflicted by goatling and goats.

As reported by "Vranjske" papers, according to the trial verdict, city Vranje would have to pay off S.M. and S.N. from Bunisevca who sued the amount of 4.6 million dinars for one slaughtered goat and two goatlings which were killed by stray dogs.

Claim for damages was requested by Nenad Ordic, which had the entire mini zoo killed by the same stray dogs, even some rare and precious birds.

To make the whole situation even more ridiculous, by some miracle, those stray dogs are biting the same people, and some suspect that some families have preserved dog jaws, whit which they can make bite marks and ask for the money whenever they feel like it.

It remains unclear what is the stray dog catcher service in Vranje doing, communal police and similar services that exist especially for these kind of problems.
