11:15 Council stated that there is no evidence material that Seselj's speech in Vukovar and Hrtkovci had bad motives, but that he gave courage to Srbian army which is in accordance with the war.

11:10 SRP Volunteers were support to the army, not a crime group, but this does not relieve all the individual crimes, said Antoaneti. The prosecution did not prove the intention of committing crimes

11:05 Prosecution office did not succeed in presenting the facts of civil war in Yugoslavia and forming Serbian entities, or the results of criminal intent, said judge Antoaneti. The context of "Great Serbia" was not explained, because the prosecutor deliberately changed the chronology of events.

11:00 The court states the crimes they think were actually committed

10:55 The Council stated that the prosecutor did not offer enough evidence to accuse Seselj of murders in Crna Reka, Ovcara, Velepromet storage, Vugosc barrack torture, Nevesinje, Sarajevo, and pillage in Vukovar

10:50 The Council stated that Seselj is not guilty of crimes against humanity

10:45 The Council stated that Seselj had distanced himself from the crimes of Zute ose military formation in Zvornik

10:42 There was no mass attacks on civilians in Hrtkovci, said judge Antoaneti

10:40 The Court found that Seselj's volunteers were "morally subjugated" to him, but that they were not under his command

President of the Court Council, judge Jean Claude Antoaneti stated that the lawsuit was full of misconceptions and inconsistencies which caused them many problems during the trial.

- The Council was forced to follow the path made by the prosecution office and we tried to get to the bottom of that - said the judge while reading the verdict.

- The prosecutor was inconsistently using the words violence and crime, and was attacking the same parts of the lawsuit he wanted to defend - stated the judge, expressing his regrets because of this work.

Though the judge Flavia Patanci had a different opinion, all the relevant proofs which were given to the court were deemed as "double proofs".

- The same facts classified under murder, torture, deportation, and pillage are used again in exodus charge. The prosecutor had a circular approach qualifying the same act in different manner - stated the judge.

10:20 - I slept like a baby because my conscience is quite clear. I am fresh as the morning dew, and you will see that on the news media conference - wrote Seselj on Twitter.

10:15 This verdict is the breaking news in the region

10:00 Verdict announcement started. The president of the Council is reading the verdict

Stating that he is reading just the summary of the verdict, the judge stated that during the trial which started in November 2007, more than 1400 pages of evidence material was gathered, 99 witnesses testified, and the verdict itself is more than 100 pages long.

Seselj is not present at the verdict reading, and SRP announced that they will have a media conference due to the verdict in the Hague.

Leader of the Serbian Radical Party Vojislav Seselj spent almost 12 years in the Hague prison unit, since February 2003, when he voluntarily went there, until November 2014, when he was released because of his health condition.

In the meantime, The Hague Tribunal asked of Serbia to arrest and extradite Seselj; however, since this did not happen, Seselj will not be present when the verdict is pronounced.

This verdict will be trial and he will have the right to appeal.

Prosecution office claims that Seselj used hate speech and propaganda during the period 1991-1992 in order to drive the Croats from the city of Vukovar and the village of Hrtkovci.

When dealing with the war crimes in the cities of Zvornik, Mostar, Nevesinje, Bosanski Samac, Brcko and Sarajevo, according to the prosecution office, Seselj "supported and called for crimes" because he recruited, indoctrinated, and sent his followers to perform crimes against non-Serbian peoples.

His words, allegedly, spiked the drive of tens of thousands of non-Serbian residents and the murder of 905 people, including one newborn child.

The accusation puts the following against Seselj: exodus of non-Serbian people on political, religious, and racial base; deportation, and forceful exodus.

In six parts, Seselj is accused of breaking the rules of war - murders, torture, cruel behavior, pillaging and destruction not justified by war, destruction of religious monuments and robbing the public property.

Prosecution office thinks that these crimes against Croats and Muslims were performed in a joint action with the goal of creating a unique Serbian state in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia - the so-called "Great Serbia".

Other people are included in the lawsuit: former president Slobodan Milosevic, generals of Yugoslavia Army Veljko Kadijevic and Blagoje Adzic, Intelligence officers Jovica Stanisic, and Franko Simatovic Frenki.

Leaders of Bosnian and Serbs in Croatia were also included, Milan Babic, Milan Martic, and Radovan Karadzic, Zeljko Raznjatovic Arkan, and others.

Allegedly, Seselj decided when these units were about to go and named their leaders, who then reported to him about the actions performed.

Seselj trial used to spike the interest in Serbia and the region, but then it stopped.

However, it is unusual how Seselj convinced the Court to be his own representative.

On the other hand, another interesting fact is that the prosecution could not find the veritable proof not after almost 13 years Seselj was in the Hague.
