In the last few days there has been a great debate about the coach, after Dusan Tadic accused him of being an ignoramus.
Curcic did not want to debate with the player through media, and this is correct.
However, what about the moves on the match with Poland?
We will not enter into deep analysis. We will just comment on 3 illogical moves which even an inexperienced spectator can see.
In the moment while he reaches for another bag of chips and watches the game with half attention. All three moves happened while Poland was leading the score 1:0.
1. Filip Djuricic on the field instead of Nikola Stoiljkovic, which means that we played the second half without a regular attacker.
2. Filip Mladenovic instead of Filip Kostic and the formation with two left halves.
3. In the end, stopper Uros Spajic instead of Nikola Maksimovic at the 90th minute.
It is not that these players did not earn to be on the field, but one simply does not lead in a new stopper when you have 4 minutes before the end of the game.
You do not need a formation without a regular attacker, it does not matter how your wing players are good.
AC Roma tried that with Mansini and FC "Partizan" tried to do with Ivan Tomic as the coach but that does not mean it is the winning formula.
AC Roma was the champion when Batistuta and Montella played the attackers, whereas "black-and-whites" were unable to score a goal against the FC "Spartak".
Filip Mladenovic earned his place in the team by playing excellent in BATE Borisov and Koeln, Telegraf internet portal wrote the first about him not being on the list. But, that Mladenovic could have been given the chance instead of Aleksandar Kolarov.
Maybe this defeat of 1:0 would not be that bad if we, for example, had another match in Serbia.
Like this, it is just another slap to Serbian football. One of many...
