He was supposed to have the hearing today due to the request of the Tribunal in the Hague where the verdict is supposed to be delivered on March 31, but the Court in Serbia stated that the hearing is postponed due to procedural reasons.

Šešelj said to the reporters that the hearing had been cancelled because the Tribunal had not given the answer to some of the questions from the court in Serbia.

He added that he cannot wait for the next hearing so that he can explain "why he cannot be sent back to the Hague".

It is his opinion that Serbia is no longer military independent after signing the treaty with NATO and this is why he burned the flags.

There are more police officers today in front of the court.
