Weather report Institute of Montenegro raised the red flag for the central and southern part of the country, with a warning that this may cause power outage.
Department of Internal Affairs was called for attention during the next few days.
It is expected that 80 liters of water per square meter will fall in the central part of the country, and in the southern part around 50 liters.
Northern parts face orange flag, with small amounts of rain.
