Being very rare, this bill is worth a fortune because many of them were taken back to the mint.
The paper for the bill is white, with a water mark that says "ten dinars" in Serbian Cyrillic.
The paper had a thin yellow web over it, and the technicians explain that this is the paper impregnation technique.
The color of the drawing is the Berlin blue.
The sketch for this bill is a work of, according to PhD Nenad Simić, a famous Serbian painter, Đorđe Krstić (1851-1907).
Engraver for this XIX century bill was an L. Dumont from Paris, and it is not known who had changed the measures for this particular bill from 1885.
The measures of the bill are 131x96 mm.
On the face of it there are sketches and texts.
The main text is on the middle of the bill.
