It was difficult to reach him on the cellphone because the news that his company "InClude" is looking for new people has spread like a wild fire.
- We opened the first circle for 8 people on 5 positions: 2 back end developers, 1 front end developer, 1 IT programmer, 1 R&D engineer, and 3 R&D engineers of electronics. We want to extend the production of the smart-benches, but also to come up with other innovative merchandise with accent on resourcing and ecological energy wells for public use - said Ivan Mrvoš.
He expects motivation, proactive approach, constant personal and professional growth as well as the desire to grow and develop together.
In return he offers the position in developing new products, and salaries 2-3 times higher than Croatian average - which means over 2.000 Euro.
But this is not the end of Ivan's plans because he wants 5 new people more for which you need the general, middle-type education.
- We would need workers for putting up the products, testing, assembly, and shipment because we want to extend the line of our products - said this innovator.
With using his smart-benches one is able to charge the cellphone with solar energy, they have the air-cleaning system and a wide array of other technical possibilities.
