According to "Alo!" news agency, he was surprised by this unannounced visit and was caught with his pants down, while the lady was completely naked!
He was suspended right away because of grave violation of the work duty and he faces dishonorable discharge.
The source from the Court in this city stated that this scandal has been the main gossip topic for the last couple of days.
- We knew that D.C. has regular visits after hours by a "friend". She would visit him in the office of the prison unit above the ground floor of the Court. Even though all the people working there fear him because he is strict, someone obviously gathered courage and reported him to the authorities in the city of Niš because this prison unit is under their jurisdiction - reports "Informer" news agency.
Soon, the committee came to the unit in Pirot.
- They went into the office without announcing first and caught him "in the act" with the lady. His pants were below his knees, he only managed to take his boxers, but the lady was in shock and she was naked. D.C. could not react because the guards did not have time nor the authority to inform him about the visit. They had to open the door right away, and the self-pompous warden did not think that someone would dare to enter his office without his permission - explains the source.
Executive office of the Prison Unit in the city of Niš did not want to comment on the case, except they confirmed that the warden was suspended and that the case is under investigation.
