The football match between Red Star and Partizan will be supervised by 2,800 police officers in uniform and civil suits. As a safety precaution, the stadium capacity has been reduced to 10,000 seats. On the eastern stand there will be two buffer zones, in order to prevent conflicts from fan clubs. Police are ready for the eventual appearance of a drone on the stadium, and as such are cooperating with the Serbian Army to interfere certain frequencies and radio signals.
The Special Anti-terrorist Unit will be on the roof of the stadium, prepared to shoot down the drone should it appear.
Because of the many incidents that occurred during the previous derby caused by derby fans, so-called fraternal clubs Russia, Bulgaria, Greece, the Ministry of Interior sent out a notice to foreign nationals via Interpol, that fans with memorials headed to Belgrade for the match be prevented from entering Serbia at border crossings.

Ten hooligans from Belgrade are currently under punished, ie restricted from gaining entry to the derby according to the law on the prevention of violence and indecent behavior at public meetings.
Fans under the influence of drugs and alcohol are restricted from entering the stadium. The duty prosecutor and magistrate judge will be on duty in the stadium where they will immediately process any and all people inciting conflict.
The 149th Eternal Derby begins on Saturday at 6 pm.
