A Serbian delegation is leaving for Brussels in the hope that the most important issues facing the Serbian people in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) will be resolved, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said after a meeting he had with Agustín Conde, rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), in Belgrade Monday
