UNPRECEDENTED CRIME IN SERBIA: They crushed his skull after he caught them stealing!
They alternately beat him and when he fell to the ground and stopped resisting, after which a criminal complaint for the charge of attempted aggravated murder which carries the heaviest punishment was chosen. The thieves were arrested a few hours after the attack due to the extensive police search. They admitted to the assault, and the tool that was used for beating the guard was found.
Simonovic's wife asked for the maximum sentence for the attackers of her husband.
- They should be shot execution-style as an example, so that no one else gets hurt like my husband, who was merely defending the assets of his company - said Snezana Simonovic.
Thanks to the intensive search, the four people who brutally beat Simonovic were caught.
The attackers J.J. (22), Š. D. (19) and I. P. (18) are deprived of their freedoms, while their fifteen year accomplice is being criminally charged for robbery and was immediately brought to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office.
