Actress Meryem Uzerli, the star of the Turkish series "Suleiman the Magnificent", is residing in Serbia as part of the international team that is taping a movie under the working title "The wound of my mother," in Turkish, reports Tanjug.

Directed Ozan Ačiktan, the director of the new generation of Turkish film, produced by BKM Films, is one of the leading production companies in Turkey.

Filming locations include Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, and filming is expected to be completed by the end of July.

As previously announced, Meryem plays a noble and strong Serb woman in an emotional drama about a Bosnian boy who explores his roots and faces the past of a child from the war when finds his father, an ethnic Serb.

In the acting division are Bilgin (actress in the film "Silence," which won the Palme d'Or at Cannes), and Ozan Guven and Okan Jalabik (who also gained fame in "Suleiman the Magnificent").
