Due to the unique diplomatic role of Jordan in light of changes in geopolitics and geo-economics in the region, the meeting will involve high-level dialogue on security and humanitarian imperatives in order to promote common understanding and action, including the situation in Syria, Iraq and Libya.

In this year's forum, participants include the King of Jordan, Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, Ali Abbasov, the minister and high technologies of Azerbaijan, President of Egypt, Abdel Fatah al-Sisi, EBRD President Suma Chakrabarti, as well as a large number of the president, ministers, and national banks from other countries. The President of the company ComTrade, Veselin Jevrosimović will be the only participant of the World Economic Forum in Jordan, from this area.
