The grandson of the Commander of the Yugoslavian Army in the Homeland, Vojislav Mihailovic, after yesterday's final decision to void the judgment of 1946 in which his grandfather Dragoljub Draza Mihailovic was convicted for alleged collaboration with the occupiers, has the right to sue anyone who still claims this for defamation.
The lawyer who represented the rehabilitation, Zoran Zivanovic, said that from the date of publication of yesterday's judgment, Mihailovic will be considered with no convictions and that from it will derive certain rights.
