Two-thirds of the employed would go abroad if they had the opportunity to find employment, while a third would do that for a period longer than 10 years, according to the data from the International Network for Employment "Network"
The International Network for Employment called "Network" conducted a global survey in which it involved Serbia.Results showed that nearly two-thirds of people employed would go abroad if they had the opportunity to find employment, while a third would do that for a period longer than 10 years!
The most common reasons for moving are the acquisition and deepening of experience and better opportunities for career development, followed by reasons such as: better job offers, a better standard of living, higher wages, and others.
