Navy lieutenant of Greece Marinos Ricudisa faced this sentence because he refused to set sail in the Adriatic Sea on the destroyer "Themistocles", which as part of NATO forces took part in the aggression against Serbia.
Rucidis said that as an Orthodox he cannot participate in an attack on a sister Orthodox nation.
Marinos is one of many Greek Navy members who refused to participate in the aggression against Serbia.
