Mali: Belgrade could model its development on Shanghai's RPT
Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali received a delegation from Shanghai on a two-day visit to the Serbian capital at the Belgrade City Assembly Monday
After the meeting, Mali and the head of the Shanghai delegation, CPPCC Shanghai Committee chairman Wu Zhiming, opened an exhibition titled "Four Seasons of Shanghai."

Mali said that Belgrade could model its development on Shanghai's as that city had undergone rapid development, managing to combine modern infrastructure, highways and industrial zones with Chinese traditions over the previous two decades.

Belgrade also wants to make itself more contemporary to look better and nicer, but preserving the traditional spirit of the city as it is developing, said Mali.
Three decades of reform, openness to the world and rapid development made the Shanghai of today filled with energy and vitality, said head of the Shanghai delegation Wu.
China sees great economic cooperation potential in Serbia
I sincerely hope that we can walk hand in hand in economic and cultural exchange, sharing successful development and creating a better future together, Wu said.
