The new owner of companies Imlek, Bambi and Knjaz Milos is London-based investment fund Mid Europa Partners with co-investors, the companies stated
Three companies got a new owner after a successful public bidding and acquisition procedures.

Mid Europa Partners is the largest investment fund in central and southeast Europe, whose investment team for this transaction comprised representatives of the European Bank for Development and Reconstruction (EBRD) and expert Andrej Jovanovic in the capacity of investor and local partner.
The plan is to improve the quality of life of the purchasers and continue expanding business in Serbia and the region, said Jovanovic, who was entrusted with the management of the entire group.
The reputation of the new owners is yet another confirmation of Serbia's attractiveness as an investment destination and good business performance of these three companies which plan to continue expanding, the statement reads.
