As a guest in an Italian talk show on Sky TV, the current Sampdoria coach and a Red Star legend made it his personal mission to teach the whole Italy Red Star's hymn close to hearts of so many Red Star's fans. This song was a great hit particularly while Mihajlovic was still part of the team that conquered Europe in 1991.

- I told him I loved my wife. The whole singing deal was absolutely amazing, but I have to be honest here and say I prefer Serbian music to any other. This is why I'd be more than happy to dedicate him the Red Star hymn - said Mihajlovic while in one quick motion giving instructions to the studio band to start playing the song on his signal.
