Russian bikers, known as "Night Wolves", arrived in Republika Srpska where they were welcomed by friends at the border crossing Pavlovic bridge. Around 20 members of the "Night Wolves", who are on 10 days tour, entered Srpska on Tuesday around 19:00 h at the border crossing Pavlovic bridge, after being detained for 40 minutes at the Serbian crossing.

They were welcomed by friends from Republika Srpska, also bikers and they gave them Orthodox icons as a sign of welcome.

- Our journey is an Orthodox pilgrimage, we visit monasteries and friends in Republika Srpska and Serbia, and we have been doing that for the past 10 years - Jevgenij Strogov pointed out, the president of the MotoFederations of Russia and added that their task is to spread the spiritual bond between people.

They arrived at Srpska after Serbia within their tour.

They visited the monastery of Sveta Petka in Bjeljina, and then they headed to Brcko. They will stay in Banja Luka and Doboj for the next few days. They will visit some of the Orthodox shrines in the mentioned cities, as stated.

Strogov laughed when he was asked to comment that "Wolves" pose danger to the safety of Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to some politicians and media in the country.

- We hope that this dust will quickly settle which was stirred up for no reason - Strogov said.
