Landslides in Croatia are still active, people jumped off from balconies and through windows: Seven houses collapsed, three people injured, 23 evacuated (PHOTO)
The landslide in Croatian Kostajnica, which destroyed 7 houses in total, injured 3 persons and 23 were evacuated, is still active.
Croatian Mountain Rescue Service of Novksa station is in that area 24 hours a day.

The police announced yesterday that at the time the houses collapse, no one was in them, but the owners lost everything.
Some people jumped off of their balconies in panic and through windows to save themselves.
Everything happened within seconds, and the landslide took almost half of the hill.
The water levels of the Kupa and the Korana dropped a little, but they are still high.
The emergency flood defense measures are still active.
According to the data of Croatian Waters, the level of Una river was 454 cm this morning, while the level of Kupa was 750, and Korana 762 cm.
It is said that the people luckily saved themselves from this natural disaster, but they couldn't save their flocks.
