Croatia is the dumbest country in Europe, comments of the voters are the best: "Croats are limited people without a brain, who hate the entire world"

According to a survey on Thetoptens.com's website, Croatia is the fourth dumbest country on the planet, according to the voters from all over the world.

India, North Korea, and America are on the notorious list in front of "their beautiful country". It turns out that Croatia has the highest concentration of stupid per capita. And it is the dumbest country in the Europe. 

- Croats are soo stupid. The country is so beautiful and the people from the government (mostly HDZ) are taking the money for themselves, so the country is getting poorer. Stupid citizens are always voting for the worst government, and then they wonder where the money is going - wrote one of the voters.

The other voter said that Croats are "limited people without a brain, who hate the entire world", while one added that "everybody loves Tompson and war criminals like Praljak and Tudjman".

Croatia received 5% of total votes in this survey, while the first place went to the America. 23% of the people voted for them. North Korea got 8% of the votes, while India is holding the third place with 7%. You can see the list HERE.

Mozambique, Vatican City, Pakistan, Italy, Zimbabwe, and Argentina are among the top 10.
