Grandma Zora is 77 years old, and sometimes she makes 1.000 euros per month, in ARILJE!

Zora Tesevic (77) is still doing season jobs. An in her eight decade of life, she is among the first to go to Arilje to pick raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.

- I have been working for five years with the same people. Last year i was working for three months, and the man i worked for bought me a cake for my 77th birthday on 12 August - said Zora.

With the tragedy that struck her, she buried both sons, and she finds consolation in working. 

SHE MAKES MORE THAN 1.000 EUROS

- Last year, my son passed away, aged 57, right after forty days commemoration i went to work. I picked 118 kilos of blackberries, and the rest of the workers come just to pick raspberry for a month, and go, and i stay for blackberries and blueberries. I made 1.100 euros - said Zora and adds that she gave everything for the monument.

She also went to harvest this year even though she said that her health is not the best, she takes medications and she helps setting up the diner and sometimes washes the dishes.

Grandma Zora lives alone, but she also loves for her two granddaughters, one is a magistrate of economy in Belgrade and the other one is special education teacher.

- I have my pension of 200 euros, i used to work in administrative works in for regional issues in Uzice, and that is enough for me. What i make this year will go to my granddaughters - said Zora with pride.

Tesevic have a family farm in Visegrad, Zora already planted a garden there, and she often visits it because she buried her sons there.
