Allegedly, Ronaldo agreed to pay 375.000 dollars to a woman from USA, who accused him of a rape. Apparently, the incident occurred in the morning on June 13, 2009. in the apartment of one luxurious hotel in Las Vegas, but after she obtained the money she pledged to secrecy.

This comes from a document delivered to the German magazine Spiegel. According to these documents, the contract between the two sides has been signed by his Portuguese lawyer Karlo Osorio de Castro, who was taking care of legal business of a football player for many years.

Ronaldo is quoted in the documents as Mr "D" while the alleged victim of a rape was named "Miss C".

By signing the document, the woman who at the time of the incident was in his mid-20s and whose identity is known to the journalists who worked the story, agreed to withdraw all charges against Ronaldo.

Besides that, she committed to deliver the list to Ronaldo of all he persons she talked about the alleged rape. She promised that she will "permanently destroy or erase all electronic, written or other proofs that were created as a result of the alleged event".

Also, it was agreed that the woman will have the right to write a letter to Ronaldo, which will be read to him by his lawyer. In a six page letter, which reporters could see, woman explains in detail how she had an alleged rape and injuries she received during the act.

The woman reported the attack to the police on the same day it happened, which audio recordings of her call to the Las Vegas police confirm. She didn't say the name of the perpetrator , but she named him "a public person", or "the athlete". Soon after that, the police patrol came to the scene where the woman was.

The police officer in his report stated that woman wants to go through the procedure all rape victims go, which implies taking medical evidences and photos confirming there were injuries.

Ronaldo refused to comment on the case, while his lawyer said that "he rejects all claims as lies", adding that his client will took "all means to protect his rights". 

Let us recall, "Football leaks" already had texts where they discovered affairs with Ronaldo, so it was discovered that he signed secret contracts where he used the tax system to earn millions, and avoid paying taxes.

Let us also recall that Ronaldo was accused of Rape in 2005 as well and he was arrested after the charges, where he said in the police that he was innocent. He was accused by two women, that Ronaldo together with a thirty year male, took them to Sanderson Hotel in London on October 2nd, and he allegedly assaulted them in his appartment.
