Grocka residents were upset yesterday morning by this macabre scene - the car was dragging the dog tied to the bumper across the road.

Red "golf" was dragging the unfortunate animal which, according to the eyewitness, could not survive this torture. 

- No one reacted in Grocka! Communal police directed the woman who reported her to Orca?!!!?!?! Does anyone know this monster? - wrote Kristina Radenkovic, host of the game show "Slagalica", on her Twitter profile.

Nothing is known about the destiny of the puppy, nor if the driver will be punished, if it turns out that it was only morbid fun.
