After the liturgy and visiting the place where the early 19th century there was the Russian consulate, solemnly lined the Cossacks and the "Night Wolves" went into the treasury of Serbian Orthodox Church, where they were welcomed by the host, episcopal vicar of the Bay archpriest Momcilo Krivokapic.

And after the ceremony, the working part of the "Cossack circle" began to report to Ataman Viktor Vladimirovic Zaplatin, after which the line pledge solemnly entered the flags of Russia, Montenegro and Serbia, which were later placed next to the flags of other Balkan countries, reports portal "IN4S".

General Viktor Vladimirovic Zaplatin was unanimously elected for the Supreme Ataman of Balkan Cossack Army.

He welcomed the present people, saying that the he has been representative of the Russian Federation for 16 years working in Serbia.

"If we oversleep, we will not achieve peace. The war is going on. It does not have to be lead. We've had died in past wars. Russia has lost a lot, but no one could assume that there would be  war between brothers - Russians and Ukrainians on the territory of the former USSR. Serbia will never be our enemy", said Zaplatin.

Cossack Colonel (Ataman - Cossack chieftain of Montenegro) Slobodan Pejovic, who has been now elected for Deputy of Supreme Ataman of Cossack Balkan Army, recalled the ties with the Russian people,  particularly in the last 300 years

"I will mention just a few examples. During the Russian Tsar Peter the Great, Russian princes learned Maritime school in the Bay of Kotor. In the Russian war against Napoleon, tens of Serbian generals served with Russian army.

 

Russians liberated Boka Bay with the Montenegro Army in the time of Petar of Cetinje from the French. At the Berlin Congress, Montenegro and Serbia would not have received their states if it was not for Russia, which was confirmed by our King Nikola when he said: "If it was not for Russia, there would be no Montenegro"".

He recalled Russian help in the liberation of Yugoslavia and the whole of Europe from Hitler, assistance to Montenegro after the 1979 earthquake. He reminded on the Russian investments and many tourists who come from this country.

Pejovic condemned the attitude of the official Montenegrin policy that moves the country towards the membership of NATO, calling this organization NATO cage. "In our nation is known that the Bay of Kotor and the airport in Niksic will become NATO bases. We don't want NATO cage which brutally murdered from Subotica to Murin", said among other things Pejovic.
