THIS IS THE WORST PRISON IN BALKAN: They punish treason with rape, their wives hide drugs in their vaginas (PHOTO)

In the Second World War on 30 May 1942, it was taken by fascist Italy and then imprisoned there the anti-fascists and partisans from the surrounding area; it became known for cruel treatment of people inside. On these events in the year 1959 movie was filmed Campo Mamula.

Anti-fascist and civilians from Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia were imprisoned there.

Mamula is not inhabited island and everything is out of order on it, and during the war, it presented the concentration camp for more then 2.000 people. Hundreds of people were tortured there, starved and killed, and according to the "Balkan insight", the youngest prisoner was a baby only eight days old.

Mamula will become luxurious summer resort with a hotel, night club, spa center and restaurants. There is sea, palms, and rich people will enjoy evenings on the vast open terraces, clubs where organized parties will be held, and they will be able to use marina for super yachts.

Demolished fortress looks spooky, and when you pass by it, you can almost hear the cries of the past, longings of the children, old, begging for help and salvation.
