An information came out that one of his fellow team players stole 1.700 Euros of Marko Grujic some two months ago, right before the game.

All of this was unofficially confirmed to Telegraf internet portal.

The teammate had a gambling problem and that is why he decided to steal from the player.

At first it was unknown who the thief was, and after the internal investigation it was found out that it was a younger teammate who had gambling problems.

We did not get any official statement from the club, they just replied that this is another attack to the club, right after the verbal incident between Zvezdan Terzic and Tomislav Karadzic.

It is expected that Grujic will also make a statement because of the situation.

Red Star Belgrade is playing a friendly game today in the city of Bijeljina against FC Zijezda 09.
