The number of refugees that have expressed their intention to seek asylum in Serbia since the beginning of the year has reached 92,677 yesterday, and it is expected that this figure will surpass 100,000 by the end of the week, and according to the Republican Commissioner for Refugees Vladimir Ćućić none of these people have entered the asylum procedures but everyone has quickly left Serbia!

In the meantime, the UNHCR announces that a new big wave is arriving whose main route is the "Balkan route", which has been dominant since mid-June due to a large number of people who drowned not reaching the coast of Spain or Italy.

- This route is the easiest, safest and cheapest for them - says Rados Djurovic, director of the Center for the protection and assistance to asylum seekers and adds that it is much easier for migrants to have their first country in the EU be Hungary and that in the even they are turned away from Hungary, they will still get to Germany easier.
