It was only later that he admitted to having a large amount of money in his suitcase.
When asked to explain where he got the money from and why it was not reported to customs, Z. D. said he, allegedly, won the lottery ten years ago in Slovenia, and subsequently forgot to report it "because he was scared that his luggage would not be found."
The Slovenian citizen was returned the allowed amount of 10,000 euros, and the rest will be kept until the completion of the misdemeanor proceedings before the competent court.
