Horror in Sabac: A child ate a sardine with a cockroach in it!

Retiree Slobodan Petrovic from Sabac was shocked when he found a cockroach in a can of sardines. As he told to "Alo", the worst part is that his five-year old grandson also ate the sardines.

- I bought the sardines from a nearby grocery store chain. When my grandson, who loves sardines came, I opened a can for him and gave him to eat. The child immediately jumped at the chance to eat the sardines, and when he ate more than half, I saw something dark in the middle of the can. It was only when I looked a little better that I saw it was a cockroach. I couldn't tell the child anything, I know he's scared of bugs - says Slobodan.

The company that imports the sardines disputed the claim, saying that it is impossible for the cockroach to have fallen into the sardines.

- We have never had such a case. Their production is carried out on a highly technological level with very high quality control. Insinuations of this kind are at the  level of science fiction - says the company.
